Bobby Smith is a former first responder and a retired US Marine. He has a Bachelor of Science in Social Sciences from Portland State University, a Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice from Washington State University in Vancouver, Washington and an Associate's in Human Services as well as an Associate's of Art from Las Positas College, Livermore California
